As 2013 is about to become history, CHOICE turns towards raising funds for our 2014 project in school construction and quality education in Southeast Asia. You are cordially invited to our Annual Charity Dinner 2014 to be part of the drive towards the betterment of children’s education all over the world. This pleasant evening will be an ideal occasion for you to meet with other like-minded people from various universities. Whether you are looking for good food while supporting the initiative for the construction of schools, or whether you are just excited to meet new people, this is definitely an event you cannot miss out on!
The Charity Dinner will not only include the chance to find out more about the impact of improved access to education on underprivileged communities around the world, but also a fun raffle draw, speeches from our President and our Guest Speaker, Ms Kitty Chan (UNICEF Head of Advocacy and Public Relations) and of course, fine Chinese cuisine that will make your evening an unforgettable one.

◊ About CHOICE ◊
CHOICE (Cambridge Hong-Kong Operation for International Children’s Education) was founded in 2010 by a group of Cambridge University Hong Kong students that share the drive and vision to make a difference in the world.
We strongly believe that education is a basic human right and is one of the means by which an underprivileged child can escape poverty and climb up the social ladder. We have a vision of alleviating pressing development issues in developing countries by working with local NGOs and communities. We also hope to inspire and strengthen the interests of our volunteers towards issues in the developing world through participation in rigorous development projects and through exchange of cultural values, and to make good use of our positions as privileged students in order to gather and mobilize resources as best we can, and deliver them to places in need through carefully targeted projects.
